| Depending on the day of the week, the area of the country and whether a lecture-demonstration or a workshop is to be included, the total concert fee will vary. See concert schedule for details. This fee is inclusive of international and domestic travel as well as administrative, national publicity and health insurance costs. The local organizer will be responsible for local transportation, local hospitality, local publicity, local arrangements related to the performance, workshop or lecture-demonstration. Depending on the travel schedule, the type of the program arranged, the local organizer will also be responsible for providing comfortable lodging and boarding for up to three nights, which can be arranged in private homes or in a hotel/motel.
